We were lucky enough to both buy and sell a house with Simon. When we purchased our property he was very approachable and straightforward. Everything went through smoothly and efficiently. When it came to selling our property, we knew we wanted Simon to sell it for us. In retrospect, it was a difficult house to sell. Simon helped us to get a price that we were delighted with. This involved him contacting the buyer who was overseas in New York. He was very focused at keeping things on track. When we did have some issues he was very helpful in creating a solution. This was particularly impressive as we had then relocated the U.K. On the settlement date there were more issues, which were quickly overcome. We left knowing that Simon was as invested in our sale as we were. In the future, we would be happy to buy or sell with Simon. He is focused, honest, reliable, organised, and a pleasure to deal with.
