I would like to express our gratitude for Simon's exceptional service he has provided us with the sale of our much loved home at 47 Jenkins Street, Mordialloc. 

We had previously seen Simon auction a property within our estate and were suitably impressed with his auctioneering skills and with the outstanding result he achieved. He was the first agent we interviewed and to be honest, we wasted our time seeing other agents thereafter. Simon's passion, determination, tenacity and perseverance to secure the listing was so impressive. After our initial meeting, he continued to make contact with us every single day so that he remained first and foremost in our minds. To be honest, I don't know how any other agent can compete with him as no one else displayed as much commitment & dedication to us than he did. We were also impressed with his knowledge and the years of experience he has as well as the added advantage of being an auctioneer (and an extremely talented one at that).

Simon was able to sell our property at a price we were very satisfied with and from the start of the campaign until the end, he made us feel very valued, confident and reassured. It is a very emotional and highly stressful experience to sell a home, especially when it is one that is loved so much, and we greatly appreciated Simon's guidance and complete honesty throughout.   He made us feel as though we were his most important clients and he always made time for us whenever we required it. It is so refreshing and nice to see someone truly embrace and enjoy the profession they are in. 

We couldn't be happier with everything that Simon did for us and we thank him for his tireless efforts and his consummate professionalism. He is a complete gentleman, a great guy and there is no one we would ever consider selling with again other than Simon.
