When I decided to sell my home, I interviewed four agents from high profile agencies.  Simon was the only who didnt come across as over bearing and promising the earth.  Instead he discussed what I wanted, and planned a campaign around my circumstances.  He offered advice to help maximise the appeal of my house and had a list of people ready to help me achieve a great sales campaign.  I sold three days after the first open house, at above my asking price.  Very, very happy.  Since the sale Simon has continued to answer all my calls and emails and has assisted with my hunt for a new place to live.
