Simon Wendt and his team at Hocking Stuart have been absolutely superb during the sale of my house.

 

I was particularly impressed with the level of service each week. Simon followed up each open for inspection with a description of the number of parties, the level of interest, buyer feedback and progress during the week with potential purchasers. This was particularly comforting to know as it put me, the vendor, at ease that Simon was not just putting an 'advertisement in the paper' but was in fact trying to secure the the best possible price.
