We chose Simon as he was a the complete package, very professional and honest, he holds the open for inspections so he meets all the potential buyers and he holds the auctions so on the big day he knows who is actually interested and who isn't and he has built up a trust with the buyer which can only aid in selling the property. He sold my sister in laws property also and when we sell again we won't even bother interviewing potential agents, we will go straight to him.
