In 2006 we purchased our second home from Hocking Stuart and had the pleasure in meeting and dealing with Simon Wendt.  Our original home then became an investment property which Hocking Stuart managed.  In all this time Simon communicated and kept us up to date with any properties that came on the market.

 

2013 we decided to sell the investment property and called on Hocking Stuart's Simon Wendt to organise the sale.

From day one, the amount of effort, experience, communication and customer service that Simon presented was exceptional.  He made recommendations on how to improve the property without over capitalising. We took these on board and were extremely pleased with the outcome. With Simon's professionalism and marketing plan that was proposed, the best results were achieved and we were overwhelmed and extremely happy with the end result.
