Simon Wendt is a Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer with hockingstuart. 

 

After successfully completing his education at Mentone Grammar School in 1999, Simon launched in to his career working alongside his parents in the family real estate business. Simon has been a Mentone local since childhood and has since gone on to many accomplishments within the real estate industry including the prestigious Top 100 award to his now role of Sales Manager at hockingstuart Mentone.

 

Simon credits much of his success to the relationships he has formed within the local community. Simon says "You get to know everyone in the area after some time, I can walk down the street and say 'Hi' to every second or third person. In Real Estate, it's who you know that counts."
