• We’ve loved living in Patty Street because the location is so convenient to shopping, schools and transport

• We enjoy walking down to the beach and enjoying the sunsets at Mentone – we love looking at the lovely homes as we pass by

• The home is very low maintenance to live in but is also very spacious and terrific for having guests to entertain

• We’ve hosted some fantastic dinner parties here – our guests love our house

• The outdoor space gets the Northern sunlight and is perfect for enjoying the hot tub / spa

• Our children have enjoyed the big bedrooms which are particularly useful as they get older

• We are able to enjoy the separate living spaces independently and have enough room for different purposes

• The extra space in the garage has been invaluable to our family as room for storage or workshop
