The best entertaining house – have had many large parties both inside and out.  The flow from kitchen through the lounge out to the deck is amazing, even in a down pour (yes it happened) makes it perfect for any event.

The house is orientated to capture the lovely sea breezes, so on those hot days when the cool change finally comes, the house cools down within minutes.

Bay Street is the where the No Dog Beach and Dog Beach start/finish, so either way there is a beach to suit your needs.

The backyard is private and green, you feel like you are miles away from anyone
